To create an account on 12b, the following conditions must be met:

- Each person may register only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.

- Any changes to your information must be reported to 12b Support immediately.
Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and all transactions will be voided. 12b makes no exceptions on this matter.
Notify 12b Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 12b is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

- Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
- Registration or Verification Using False Information
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Bonus or Promotion Abuse
- Involvement in Money Laundering or Illegal Activities
- Extended account inactivity (18 months)
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned after the investigation is complete. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
You may also request account closure at any time. In that case, your full valid balance will be returned.

- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services

- Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
- If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the matter may be escalated to the licensing authority.
The decision of 12b's Finance Manager is generally final. However, we always believe in fair resolution and will carefully consider the user's perspective.
